Shipping And Delivery
Your orders are carefully handled by us: we pack it, wrap it and send it with lots of care. After we receive a confirmation of payment, shipping is handled in 48h.
Delivery is handled by Delnext. Your order will arrive to you in 2 to 5 business days in Portugal; 5 to 15 business days to Madeira and Açores Islands; and 5 to 15 days for the rest of the world.

Warranty
All products for sale in our online shop - except film and fashion/decoration accessories - are secured by a 24-month warranty from purchase date. If you have any problem with your product, ship it to us along with the originl invoice and warranty (writen and stamped by Embaixada do Porto) and we take care of the rest.
About Us
Embaixada do Porto is an analogue photography and music shop. It is also a bar. During the day we even serve food. Did you hear we have photographic exibitions? And Workshops? Costume contests?
